1. How do I start?
Start by booking an appointment. Complete the appointment form where we get your contact details, an overview of your requirements and the service you're interested to get,
2. What happens during the appointment?
The initial consultation is complimentary and will take about an hour. Consider this the "getting-to-know-you stage". We need as much information as possible to understand your needs and scope the project. We can do it both online and in person. We are based in Los Angeles and can arrange in-person appointments. We would expect mileage costs for 50 miles or more as well as travel and hotel fees for out-of-state appointments.
First in-person meeting is preferred onsite so that we can walk through the areas that require improvement and scope the project.
We are going to finalize the engagement after the first meeting as well: Service Agreement & Waiver signing and deposit payment.
3. What happens after the first appointment?
During the initial meeting, we will try our best to scope the project thoroughly. Expect more emails and phone calls as we develop the improvement plans and strategy.
Based on the agreement, now is also the time to order or purchase any organization solutions (bins, hangers, storage bags/boxes, etc.). We can assist you with the purchase, or you may do it yourself. However, it is advised that you leave the purchasing to us so we can select the right products.
Please allow us 10-15 working days to plan and prepare for the install. Order and delivery times may differ based on shipping time. Expect delays as we continue to recover from supply chain disruption.
4. The Big Day
The install starts early in the morning. Depending on the size of the project, the installation process could take from 4 hours to days (or weeks!).
There will be safety guidelines during the installation process. The client can be present during the install but must trust and allow the needed space for the Tidy and Well crew.
